The workout begins with the team lined up behind the starting line.

At the call of 3 … 2 … 1 … Go !, the 1st athlete of the team will move to the Rig to perform the HSPUs,

then they will advance along their lane towards the barbell and perform the Squat Clean and finally they will return to the Rig to perform the Toes to Bar.

The workout will continue in the same sequence until the end of 9 ‘.

During the rest minute, the 2nd Team Mate will move the barbell to the 2nd position and load it with the prescribed weight.

Then they will return to the starting line to prepare to perform their part of the workout.

The sequence of execution of the movements will be the same: HSPU, Squat Clean, Toes to Bar.

At the end of the 7 ‘ it will then be the turn of the 3rd athlete to move and load the barbell with the prescribed load and then go to the starting line to perform their part of the workout.

The team score will be the repetitions performed by each individual member.
