Time Cap 20′

The workout begins with the team lined up behind the starting line.

At the call of 3 … 2 … 1 … Go! the first pair of athletes advances towards the plyo boxes to perform the Burpees Box Jump Over.

Teams may split reps at their discretion.

The change between team members must always take place behind the starting line.

After the Burpees Box Jump Over, the team advances along its lane to perform the Thrusters in Synchro.

Once the Thrusters are over, the team will first move the barbells (1 male and 1 female) to the next position and then advance along its lane to perform the double under, 100 for each athlete, in relay mode.

After the double under, the team will return to the barbells to perform the 40 Power Snatches.

The 3 athletes will have to take turns performing the repetitions (I go, You go, You go).

Once the Power Snatches are finished, the team will return to the plyo boxes to perform the last set of Burpees Box Jump Over.

Just like at the beginning, the repetitions can be divided among all the members of the team.

After the Burpees Box Jump Over, the whole team will run towards the finish mat, where the time will be called and the score will be recorded.
