The workout begins with the team lined up behind the starting line.
At the call of 3 … 2 … 1 … Go! the first athlete gets on the Bike to complete the 900m.

The team can divide the work at its discretion.
The change between the athletes must always take place with a touch at the starting line.

When the required distance has been completed, a pair of athletes (M / M or M / F) must move along their lane towards the rig to perform the partner wall balls.
Each team will use the male target only.
The team can divide the repetitions among its members at its discretion.
The change between the athletes must always take place with a touch at the starting line.

After the partner wall balls, a pair of athletes must move along their lane to perform the synchro dumbbell snatch.
Athletes will have to use the same arm for the first rep.
Athletes will have to alternate arms with each rep for the remainder of the reps.

After the dumbbell snatches, a pair of athletes move along their lane toward the rig to perform the synchro chest to bar pull-ups. The team will be able to split the repetitions among their members at their discretion.

Once the synchro chest to bars are over, the whole team will race towards the finish mat, where the time will be called and the score will be recorded.
